HAWE PSL and PSV series proportional multi way directional valve

HAWE PSL and PSV series proportional multi way directional valves are suitable for stepless speed regulation of hydraulic actuators in quantitative pump systems and variable pump systems, respectively. The regulating function is independent of system load. Multiple execution elements can work simultaneously and independently. This type of valve is mainly used in hydraulic systems of walking machinery (such as cranes, drilling rigs, construction machinery, etc.). By selecting different maximum flow rates for actuator A and B ports, as well as selecting valves with various additional functions (such as unloading), the optimal matching of each control circuit can be ensured.
Maximum pressure Pmax=400 to 420 bar, maximum flow Qmax=3 to 210 l/min.

HAWE NSMD2 series clamping module

The HAWE NSMD2 series clamping module is mainly used for clamping devices, such as hydraulic fixtures for automatic lathes. The NSMD2 clamping module is installed in accordance with DIN24340-A6 standard. This clamping module not only controls the clamping and loosening of the oil cylinder, but also integrates clamping pressure regulation and electrical pressure monitoring according to requirements. In addition, it can simultaneously adjust the clamping pressure of the actuator side A, or the A and B interfaces, and set the pressure of the downstream pressure relay. The adjustment methods are manual, mechanical, or proportional adjustment components. The positioning of the center and slot of the 4/3 or 4/2 directional valve not only ensures the safe directional change of the valve, but also meets the requirements of various applications. In addition, when the valve core is in the terminal position, a throttle valve can be added to control the speed of the actuator action.
